Puzzlingly, "Cavalcade" is not available on Netflix. It isn't just Netflix, but I couldn't even find it for sale on Amazon in a DVD format. It seems strange that a film that has won the Academy Award for Best Picture is not available on DVD. Too bad, because the poster makes it look epic and sweeping. Anyway, given that "Cavalcade" isn't available, I've decided to move forward, keeping tabs on its DVD availability. If and when it does become available, I'll circle back and revisit it. Until then, I've got too many other films to watch and write about.
